I have recently gained a BA Honours degree in Sports Studies and Physical Education to put alongside a BTEC Higher National Diploma in Sports Science. I also hold the F.A. Coaches Association licensed Coach Membership, which further compliments my knowledge and expertise. I believe coaching is vitally important to any footballer because without it players cannot develop their game. Player development is the key towards playing professional football. Techniques need to be mastered and then transferred into game situations where they become skills. This is achieved through adopting a developmental process, a process Ultimate Soccer School strives for.

Tony Howard, Coach

Tony holds the F.A. Coaches Association licensed Coach Membership and possesses over twenty years coaching experience. That experience has led to Tony gaining numerous jobs with professional clubs and gaining valuable contacts in the professional game. Tony Howard has also coached at Scarborough Football Club and Notts County Football Club. His skills and coaching abilities are well sought after as Tony has been head-hunted to coach in America for a football training company called Goal-Line.
 

Richard Jackson, Professional Footballer with Derby County

'Without organised coaching when I was younger I certainly would not be where I am today. If you practice and listen from an early age you give yourself every chance of playing professional football. Richard Jackson signed as a trainee at Scarborough Football Club at 16 and progressed through the ranks to the 1st team. Impressive performances led to him moving to Derby County Football Club. Richard has also attended Scarborough, Notts County and Huddersfield Centres of Football Excellence.
